Le devis a été reçu dans les délais annoncés, le prix était compétitif et au delà, il a été très réactif à nos demandes et a su se rendre disponible en fonction de nos contraintes et délais. De plus, ses conseils ont été pertinents et précieux, avec l'humilité de reconnaître quand il n'avait pas l'info ou un doute, et revenir vers nous ensuite après avoir pris des renseignements ou confirmé ses informations. Un artisan humain et compréhensif, avec qui j'aurai plaisir à travailler au prochain chantier :)

Après un devis compétitif et un début de chantier très rapide, je fais remarquer à l'artisan divers malfaçons (faux-niveaux, asymétrie des encadrements de fenêtres, finitions douteuses...). Mr Dietz se vexe et abandonne le chantier. Tout est à reprendre.
